In the event that two concurrent purchases are made for the same listing, the first payment confirmed by our payment processor is honored. The second payment is automatically refunded within 1 business day with no action required from you. PayPal typically returns funds to your PayPal balance immediately, or 3–5 business days when refunding to a linked card.
If a scrape fails our automated validation gate, you will be notified within 1 hour. If we cannot deliver a quality Dataset within 24 hours, a full refund is issued automatically.
Contact support@theleadsguru.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal with a restocking fee of 10%.
Refunds are not available for: (1) datasets already downloaded and in use; (2) accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations; (3) requests made more than 48 hours after purchase unless a data quality failure is the reason.
