Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing a Data Pack on TheLeadsGuru (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Data License

Upon successful payment, you receive a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the factual catalog data (“Dataset”) during your purchased window (7 or 30 days). The Dataset is a factual compilation consisting of pricing, availability, SKU, UPC, ASIN, and other catalog-level factual fields. This license does not confer copyright ownership in the Dataset or any sublicensing rights.

3. Prohibited Uses — No Redistribution

You may not share, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Dataset or any portion thereof to any third party, whether in original form, modified form, or as a derivative work. This prohibition includes posting the Dataset to any public or private data marketplace, Discord server, Telegram group, or any other distribution channel.

You may not use the Dataset to build a competing data marketplace or resell access to the data under any commercial model.

Product descriptions, A+ content, and creative elements are not included in the Dataset. You must not reverse-engineer or reconstruct excluded creative content from the factual fields provided.

4. Exclusivity

During your window, no other buyer may purchase the same listing. In the event of a simultaneous purchase by two buyers, the first payment confirmed is honored. The second payment is automatically refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. Concurrent Lock Limit

A single account may hold a maximum of three (3) active locks simultaneously.

6. Data Quality

Every Dataset passes an automated validation gate before delivery. If a Dataset fails quality checks, the order moves to manual review and you are notified within one hour.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Automatic refunds are issued in the race scenario described in Section 4.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms, including redistribution violations, blocking-abuse, or fraudulent payment activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Dataset is provided “as is.” The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable Data Pack.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
